Subcomm components

Explore the three core SubComm components:
the 4-module frame, Power & Control Unit and Reservoir Module for flexible operations.

Flexible component configuration

4-module Frame

The four-module frame is designed with four slots and can be configured with PCR modules as well as reservoir modules. It offers full interchangeability between modules, providing a flexible and efficient solution for a range of operational requirements.

With full fluid isolation between each module, the system supports safe multifluid operation.

Power & Control Unit

The PCU is a compact and autonomous unit designed for pumping and pressure testing, with an integrated reservoir capacity of approximately 500 litres, and seawater intake. It can be used as a standalone unit for smaller scale operations, connected to a standalone reservoir module to provide an additional 4000 litres of fluid capacity, or configured within the four-module frame where larger fluid volumes are required.

The unit may be configured with various pump options and can be powered either by an ROV or by battery. When operated by ROV, pump and valve functions are controlled through dedicated graphical user interface (GUI) software. When operating on battery power, operational data can be logged during use and retrieved once the equipment has been returned to deck.

Reservoir Module

The reservoir module is designed for delivery and receipt of liquid. Has capacity of up to 4000 liters and the opportunity to be hoisted back up to the surface and be refilled or swapped if extra fluid is needed to finish the planned operation.
