Discharge Unit
The Discharge Unit enables safe and controlled release of fluids and gas, with adjustable flow control, monitoring and data logging.
Controlled fluid and gas discharge
The Discharge Unit is used for controlling discharge of fluids. The flow rate of the discharge can be adjusted in several ways.
The discharge unit consists of two sub-assemblies, the inlet and outlet. There is a total of 6 valves that can be opened or closed to control the flowrate through the assembly. Equipped with a ROV operated three stage flow control valve assembly that allow controlled release of fluid and gas. Its configuration and size can be customized to meet specific project requirements.

Typical operations
- Discharge of fluid and gases
- Pressure logging
- Depressurisation
- Pressure monitoring
Features
- Logging of pressure, flow rate, and volume.
- Standalone logging powered by battery.
- Handling flowrates up to 5800 LPM.
- 3000m working depth.
- 345 bar / 5000 psi working pressure
Advantages
- Optimized Flow Control: Supports both stable flow conditions and adjustable flow rates.
- Configurable Flow Management: Can combine fixed orifices and flow control valves for precise regulation across flow ranges.
- ROV-Operated Control: Fully equipped with ROV-operated valves for safe and efficient subsea operations.
