Consent to the use of cookies.
For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. This technology is provided by Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Website: https://cookiefirst.com referred to as CookieFirst.
When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. CookieFirst then stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to activate only those cookies to which you have consented and to properly document this. The data processed is stored until the predefined storage period expires or you request to delete the data. Certain mandatory legal storage periods may apply notwithstanding the aforementioned.

Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Server log files
Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:

- The date and time you have visited our website
- The webpage url where you saved or updated your consent preferences

How do we collect information about you?

OceanOne is constantly working to provide you with the best possible experience of our services which are available. In order to do that, we may use personal information we have collected:

OceanOne processes personal information and other forms of data to deliver the services agreed with you. We also use data to ensure the best user experience for you through automatic sign-in, customizing the content view of your screen and the fastest possible page loading.

If you have an active customer relationship with OceanOne, we will be able to send you marketing by e-mail or other electronic communication methods within the scope of the Marketing Act, unless you have requested for anything else. If you do not have an active customer relationship with us, we will only send such marketing if you have given us an explicit and informed consent.
How is this information shared?
In some cases, we also share information with affiliates who use the information to convey targeted content and or offers through their services. We then enter into agreements that restrict access to the use of the information and establish obligations to comply with applicable privacy laws.
If there is a suspicion that there has been an offense in connection with the use of services, the information may be disclosed to public authorities upon request.
We will not share, sell or convey personal information in any way other than described in this Privacy Statement.
Correction and deletion of personal data
It is important that information we gather about you is correct and up to date. If you notice a mistake, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You can also contact us if you wish the information can be deleted.
We will not save personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and statutory duties we have, for example, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
About children’s privacy
OceanOne does not wish to collect or otherwise treat personal data about children under 15 years of age.
If children under 15 have nevertheless provided us with personal information, we will delete the information as soon as we become aware of the occurrence.
Changes to the Privacy Statement
We will periodically be able to update the Privacy Statement for OceanOne’s services, to reflect any changes to the sites. When we update the privacy statement, the new statement will be published on the sites 14 days before the changes are made. We will inform you about the changes in the services that are affected.
